An item that has moved from our specials board to our regular menu is our Hotategai, better known as Jumbo Scallops. As we do with many of our items, our Hotategai comes to us from Japan. It's definitely a different texture and taste from regular fish sushi. If you are familiar with cooked Scallops, raw Hotategai has the same texture except that it might be a bit softer. And its flavor is very refreshing and feels more meaty than your typical raw fish sushi.
It's the middle of the week again. What to do, what to eat. Well, we always have a vast selection to choose from so come on by. We can serve you up some of our favorites, including the pictured cherry salmon, conch, or scallops. All are on our specials board right now and you'd be a fool to not even consider at least one item from our specials board. These are items that may not be in stock all the time. So if you see something on there that tickles your interest, get it. You won't be disappointed.
