May 10th is always Mexican Mother's Day and we just wanted to make a quick shout out to all the hard working Mexican mothers out there. We love you and admire everything that you do everyday to make the familia run 24/7. The only item on our menu that is remotely related would be our Three Amigos Roll, which breaks down to your mom, mamá, y madre! Those truly are your three amigos for life! (the actual three amigos in our roll are spicy scallops, tuna, and albacore)

You'll get to see our Three Amigos Roll, all dolled up. Yeah, because normally, we don't serve any of our dishes with a flower in it. That would be a waste. We're more concerned with giving you great tasting food rather than great looking food, although we do try our best to make our food as presentable as possible. :-)
Do you like Spicy Scallops, Tuna, and Albacore? Well, you're in luck. Have we got a sushi roll for you. We call it the Three Amigos Roll because they truly all are friends with one another. We take a spicy scallops sushi roll, top it with avocado, tuna, and albacore, and then dress it with poke sauce and scallions. There's so many complimenting flavors, it's ridiculous. And no, you don't need two other friends to enjoy this roll. Just get it. You won't regret it. And if you'd like a customized sushi roll not on our menu, feel free to suggest it to our sushi chefs.
It's called the Three Amigos Roll because it's comprised of 3 different "friends" that go very well together in a sushi roll. The center consist of a spicy scallop roll, and then it's topped with tuna and albacore. Three great friends. For good measure, we dress it with a bit of poke sauce. It's a favorite roll among some of our regulars. And you don't need 2 other friends to eat it. You can have it all by yourself.
