When you want a little bit of every type of fish on your roll, order the Rainbow Roll. It got that name for a reason. It's center is a California Roll which is made up of avocado, cucumber, and crab mayo. On top are 4 varieties of perfectly cut pieces of fish: tuna, salmon, red snapper, and shrimp. Put them all together, and you have a nice assortment of colors that make up a beautiful and tasty sushi rainbow. It's a pretty classic roll that just about every sushi joint makes. But ours, if of course, much better.
