Yes, we do go through quite a bit of tuna every week but we also go through quite a bit of Salmon as well. We do have so many variations of Salmon, including Peppered Salmon, Cherry Salmon, and Truffled Salmon. So yeah, these slabs of salmon are just lying around, waiting for you to come on in. We can stick the whole slab on a bed of rice, if you'd like.
